Bihar Assembly Election - Now a new twist has intensified in the Political arena of Bihar on
Monday yesterday. As usual Lalu called for Bihar Bandh on Sunday in protest of
non-release of caste based data by the Central Government.
The supporters of the RJD chief were seen in the hook &
corners of the state which resulted into problem, as stated in different parts
of the state.
He has been reported to be arrested on Monday at the Dak Bungalow
Crossing in Patna. While a la rge sum of his supporters alongside some of his
MLAs have also been arrested.
If some official reports are to be believed “Around 1200 people
have been arrested while around 600 others have been detained in different
parts of the state” as stated by one of the officials of the Police.
There could have been heard slogans like “BJP Hatao Desh Bachao”
as well as BJP was referred to be a party as “Bharat Jalao Party”.
When Lalu was contacted so jokingly said in his trademark style!!!
“Hum BJP Rupi Gaddar Party ka is desh se khattma karna chhaite
hai, jiske liye hummey pure desh ko jaggana hai”.
He further disclosed “I have no seen this type of movement in my
entire life except JP one, we want the removal of Narendra Modi”
There has been reported loss of crores of rupees across the state
due to Bandh. Most of the shops, Industrial Units, schools, colleges were
forcibly closed. Even the supporters of RJD didn’t spare National Highways as
they blocked them. On the top of it some of the vehicles were attacked at many
places.
Lalu, who is always known for displaying his unique style, came on
“Tanga”, pulled by a single horse which was full of attraction with the
advertisement of his Party.
Much to the shock of the people, who were passer-bys, there could
be seen thousands of RJD workers on the road while carrying sticks and canes.
There were also stopped some trains as Patna-Ranchi Janshatabdi Express as well
as Hatia-Islampur Express. When Police force came, they forced the people to
leave go away from the spot & meanwhile arrested those who were found to be
stopping the Police from discharging their duty.
The state president of RJD, Ram Chandra Purve seemed to be the
most satisfied one with the progress of the movement. From the dais of one of
the rallies, he was addressing he even warned the state Government to release
the caste census data as soon as possible.
He added further “We have received a great response from the
people so far, everyone is supporting us in this Endeavour. If the caste census
data is not released by the Central Government, we will keep taking up this
movement to the larger heights, which will certainly be resulted into the
downfall of Central Government”.
“This is indeed the second war of Independence for the sake of the
under-privileged sections of the society, who have still not been benefited
with the rights even after a long gap of 68 years of Independence.
Now what is expected to be generated the outcome of this agitation
against the Central Government, led by BJP?
Will it really prove to be a successful affair, as being asserted
by Lalu & Party? Or it will just like be any other day.
All these questions are really expected to come out in open in
upcoming days as Bihar Vidhan Sabha Elections 2015 are getting closer.
